Mobilizing your ASP.NET web application
BuilderTREND will demonstrate how to enhance an ASP.NETapplication by creating mobile pages that have the look and feel of a nativeapp.  In the modern world, using media queries and trying to shove asloads of content from a large page onto a mobile device isn’t alwayspractical.  BuilderTREND will take you down the path of how to get a userthe information they need at their fingertips while leveraging ASP.NET.The technologies that we will be using are Visual Studio, ASP.NET, WCF, jQuery,jQuery Mobile, JSON and HTML5.  This demonstration will cover an introduction on how to getstarted using jQuery Mobile and ASP.NET together.  Then, we will take youthrough some more complex scenarios such as integrating a device’s camera andgallery photos with ASP pages using HTML5’s latest media capture capabilities, which can be used on both iOS (6.0 and higher) and Android.  We will touchbase on some gotchas when pairing ASP.NET’s server side code with jQueryMobile.  You will also learn how to create a native application thatseamlessly displays your ASP.NET mobile pages.Sponsor:
